From Dow Jones: INSIDER SALES AMAZON.COM INC. (AMZN): Amazon.com Inc. Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Joy D. Covey sold 75,000 shares of the company's common stock in two May transactions. Covey sold 50,000 shares on May 4 at a price of $154.08 per share and sold 25,000 shares on May 11 at a price of $148.82 per share.
