It's a conspiracy I tell ya. Until today the last Cube/Divi news that made the Dow Jones was this one:

MILPITAS, Calif. (Dow Jones)-- C - Cube Microsystems Inc.'s (CUBE) DiviCom unit will supply digital head-end technology to Time Warner Cable for its cable television system that serves the New York City metropolitan area.

In a press release Monday, C - Cube said it will provide the digital encoder portion of the head-end system.

The technology will allow Time Warner Cable to combine existing analog cable programming with new digital service.

Time Warner Cable expects to launch the digital service in the second half of 1999.

DiviCom provides products for digital television.

C - Cube designs, makes and markets digital video compression chips and software. The company's shares recently traded at 32 3/16, up 1/4 or 0.8%, on volume of 3.2 million shares. Average daily volume is 622,215 shares. The company traded as high as 35 today.
