Alan,

Thanks for the last two posts. The numbers are very disappointing considering the positive tone of the last conference call. I was convinced that they held back revenue and earnings, so I was expecting an upside surprise. It will be interesting to hear the excuses at the conference call.

I was wondering if the new design wins listed on the press release were previously reported?

I find it interesting that the WIND thread is so active, and INTS thread so inactive. Future I/O sounds like it could have a big impact on WIND in the coming years. The other interesting aspect of the WIND thread is the loyalty of their investors.

Alan,

I have not heard the conference call, however I did buy additional shares based on a conversation with my broker who did listen in. I will listen to the replay tonight and get back to you on my thoughts.

Alan,

I'm still disappointed with the quarter numbers, but IMHO the SUN announcement is very significant with 200 SUN salespeople promoting Dr. Design and PSOS (Sun salespeople get full revenue credit!). It sounds too good to be true. In two years they expect 50 to 100 new design wins as a result of this relationship and 5 to 10 million new devices. I wonder if this had anything to do with WIND being down today.

In addition to the 200 SUN sales people, INTS has 18 new salespeople on the streets. I think, 10 are new and 8 are back fills for open slots and dead wood.

21% of the Prism seats were in new designs. 41% of the seats are in tele and data comm.

New designs included Bayer, Erickson, Fujitsu and multiple new wins at HP. Matrix had new designs at GM Truck, Honda, Rolls Royce and Naval Air.

The only negatives is Bosenberg stressed that their strategy will take time and cost for the Java development will affect Q2's numbers.

In summary the conference call was very positive. The SUN agreement is great! It will take some time, but I'm very glad I bought additional shares at 10 3/8.

Alan,

I talked with my broker and he believes that the analysts will shave 10 Cents off the yearly EPS number, but beside that everything is on track. He also pointed out that Boesenberg focused on his management team last quarter and now he will focus on increasing revenue. He reiterated that Bosenberg has a very good reputation.

I believe that with the SUN announcement we could see a significant upside surprise in a year or two.
