Here's the breakdown:

EGRP Market Cap (M.C.) - 7.46 Billion
Outstanding shares - 233.2 million
Float - 128.2 million shares

AMTD MC - 3.83 Billion
OS - 58.1 million
F - 14.2 million

SCH MC - 34.3 Billion
OS - 408.2 million
F - 249.0 million

DIR (recently IPO'd). Did well initially. Now near IPO price of
20/share.

MC - 2.48 Billion
OS - 101.0 million
F - 16.0 million

Lastly TD Waterhouse
MC (assumes IPO price of 24) - 8.8 Billion
OS - 365.0 million!
F - 32 million

I was initally very interested in this one but the 60 day hold is a major negative. Look at DIR which is a reputable company. It is only up 4 dollars from its IPO even though it flirted with the 40s. TD Waterhouse is a great Ebroker but in this market, it may not be that great. EGRP, AMTD, SCH all killed today. Hope the market stabilizes otherwise I'm not sure I'm going to CO this one.

best of luck
steve
