Serge - IMHO, you are clueless. If NN's future is as bleak as you have painted it in the past, then surely Terry will sell at these "inflated" prices. More likely, however, is that NN's prospects are not as bad as you would like everyone to believe. For those investors who have a longer time-frame than you, and perhaps some vision, the return could be quite rewarding. Of course, I will be the first to concede that the past miscues of management would not bode well for future valuations such as the likes of CSCO and LU. But I do know that NN has the products to compete in the marketplace. In my opinion, at the end of the day, that will carry the day. All the best! Rob
