I'm not sure why you are long this stock. You keep warning the thread of impending doom if this or that doesn't happen. I would not want to own any stock if I thought that was a good possibility. IMO your're not in any position to call the management amatuers because you have so very little understanding of them or the company.

I don't post very often here but I would just like to make a comment to you vegas. If you are so worried about the competition, then sell your ACTV shares. Slott is right. The majority of your posts seem to deal with the "competition". There have been numerous informative posts dealing with ACTV's technology and how it compares and compliments the "competition" as you put it. I for one am not disappointed about the performance of the stock today. It is what I would have expected in this market environment. I am looking off into the future as I am sure the management of this company is. Question for you. If the management of this company is so bad, how is it that Mr. Samuels negotiated a bonus package including additional compensation tied to an increase in the market value of the stock? It would appear from the final tally of the shareholder vote that the bulk of the large shareholders and institutions approved it.
