I would buy Cisco when its P/E goes below 30. I would buy AMD at its current price, and will do so tomorrow. Their K7 trounces the PIII at 1/4 the price, and they're shipping demo silicon already.

Other than that, I cant think of a single net stock except AOL that i'd pay more than 10 dollars for.

Come to silicon valley. Hang out with the people who work here. Listen to them laugh as they cash in their options. Ask them if they ever expect the companies they work for to make a profit.
