Yes Richard, I know whats its about:

Our current board of directors has absolutely no idea what they are doing( not that the past board knew what they were doing anyway). They fight and can not agree on the best plan of action. There are basicly two possible processes that might work but no one has the balls or know-how to evaluate them properly. No one knows if the plant works or not...we are, and have been, waiting for a third party to help us but they really don't give a damn about us either.

The only one in the entire company with any evaluation and mining skills is martin blake... but as far as i can tell he doesnt have the time or know-how to handle the business side of the equation.

Bob is doing the best he can but he constantly seems to be at the mercy of companies and individuals who really can not or do not want to make naxos a priority.

Naxos mgmt needs to pick a course that they beleive will succeed and stick with it. If it doesn't work then fold up shop or hand the keys to father gregory and let show us what he is made of.

One thing i know for sure......it should't take more than a month to really find out if some of these processes work but all the bullsh** has kept us all from knowing whats really there.
