Gator, (who's real identity remains unknown) An interesting read indeed! It appears as though HITT filed suit against Janice Shell and other posters whom they have yet to identify after they themselves were served with a class-action from investors who assert fraud. So, whether it was a knee-jerk reaction or a valid complaint will likely eventually come out in the wash. Whether Janice Shell was malicious or not, I cannot determine, however, the motives of people who post behind anonymous screen names are always suspect. My advice to affected parties, move your assets offshore forthwith or file bankruptcy! Hey, it's the American way!<g>
