It is a wee bit early to consider a takeover, however, IMO, it could come shortly after valuations and be friendly rather than hostile-unless there is a bidding war between two suitors:-), however, my best guess is that it could go down like Sutton did.....air tight lid on negotiations, followed by a surprise halt which caught everyone napping, and an announcement with a take over price at much higher levels:-))it may be noteworthy that Winspear and Sutton have a common director by the name of John Greig.....I have no doubt that many day and short term traders would be upset about being on the outside looking in.....especially if the announcement was made after a Friday close (very few day traders or short term traders like to hold over a weekend)......
