I agree with you somewhat. I have been holding and watching (as have we all) VTSS. For at least the last 6 months I casually noticed that VTSS PE tracked MSFT PE pretty consistantly. When MSFT PE went up VTSS stock price (and PE) soon matched. visa versa.
Now there is a significant divergence in the PE ratios of these two.
This is factually verifiable.
NO FACTS HERE, just a change in patterns. Either MSFT is going to rebound (IMO) OR VTSS will pull back a bit.
Gee. Sounds like the stock market will go up and down. Now that is NEWS!
My bet is that VTSS " hovers " around the upper 50's for a while before moving on up. Dips are for buying, IMO.

Full Disclosure: I'm long VTSS with a very small footprint. Sad but true. Thanks to ALL for the great posts.
