I don't like communicating through BB's like hemscott's as I get inundated for XSNI info all the time. I very rarely look at the Hemscott site these days as the quality of posts on it has gone down hill. I do have a contact in Lehman's but I can't pass on any details to you as I speak to him in confidence. Thanks Mike" Did you see that last sentence, what is that? Someone at Lehmans UK protested too much or what? AVOIDANCE is it because of Manning/xstream or what? Your man inside getting panicky? You are a major shareholder of those previously worthless megacom firecrest stocks now XSNI. You have provided more than enough information on how long you have been waiting to see "this happen"; how many times you have had to catch management of firecrest/megacom off guard by knowing what they were up to; how for four years you have had to keep intimate tabs with those running this show just to maintain your "vested interest". What was the amount you own, HUGE, 200,000 or so? You are getting inside information from a brokerage house - you said it was Lehmans, UK, handling Manning's XSNI affairs and know dates, names times upcoming events and everything else. That is unfair advantage to anyone else; also when I called LEHMANS - it appears someone there got a little panicky as well. You are getting inside information from people inside xstream UK - I don't have names only Gary Cavahulo that you mentioned you were going to meet. Could be you're full of crap and want to be big man; don't think so with what you possess. I am only going on what you wrote to me; I am only going on the digging I did on those emails to me that confirms what you wrote me. I am sorry you lost my email address, documentation is everything. But when Jeffrey D figured out why I wanted him to return my response, it was correct, I didn't want you to have my email address - you lost it too bad. You have something to say, it better be open forum from here on out. You wrote me NEWS is HUGE after talking with your friends at xstream. You didn't provide all of the stuff but you certainly got my interest. Now who in Lehmans is giving you all this information when Andy Laslow told me that I had to prove XSNI is Manning/xstream yada yada? You have an unfair advantage over the people over here who have purchased this stock; did you or anyone inside the company or Lehmans give better details of upcoming corporate activities to your friends? You never did answer my question, how many shares of your stock in XSNI are you going to sell after having waited for 4 years to get something worth more than worthless, or are you going to buy. And if you are going to buy, why not do it now, or are you waiting for the real IPO? After all Andy Laslow did ask me what makes me think an OTCBB issue would IPO? Exactly what else do you know, who is giving it to you and is everyone in this deal with dirty hands, so far I know of you, someone in Lehmans and just about anybody could be your man in the company. I wrote in my response to you that Jeffrey D would not send you that I would not be doing anything regarding this because I have asked for help and none seems to be available. However, that if anyone starts a legal action against me, cards will fall and they will not be mine - the only cards I have are the ones offered up by the company, yourself, and public records. All I wanted was the truth - the truth you told me, I didn't need to hear - you and a bunch of insiders are going to make it big because of your inside knowledge precipitating market conditions whatever they are. Everyone else is at your trading mercy, whatever it would be. Your time line of information although you may have dug it up on your own doing 4 years of due diligence to maintain your interest, in that course of time, you established a relationship with those close to harboring your interest to gain you an unfair advantage; it is detailed in your hemscott postings, until you WERE warned to shut up; I am only going on what you told me there; but to see the timeline history of your information, you only need to go to hemscott and read your public posts there; you gave information online prior to public release. That is what drew me to you and is digital documentation of a pattern. I did notice the banner on SI that touts free web site at fortunecity - is that going to be a part of XSNI? Well, if you have anything to say to me you had better conduct it in public to protect your interest and my good name. Do not send me threats or warnings. All my posts are documents that can be produced and offered up as are yours; as soon as I figured out this was dirty Friday evening after thinking about the WHOLE picture, it made me puke. How many people are going to get screwed; how many people have access to unfair advantage (illegally obtained I add); is XSNI real or not: of those 30 million shares to be released June 30, how many are on that staggered plan and how many can be dumped - have to guess whether XSNI is the real deal or if the dumping starts, realize that the IPO is another Manning "production". You guys on the inside sharing this information - I thought all this was illegal - but what do I know. I just wanted the truth.
