Dilution issue took us down from the highs pure and simple. the moment we Heard about 50% dilution, no matter what the circumstance, that is going to prompt selling and attract shorting. many longs ignored it figuring we were so close to the system launch that the downside risk was manageable. we were wrong. I never expected to see the single digits. Institutions are still competitors. They will never develope a more efficient system that will address their needs beyond their own company borders. That's why independents will always prevail, as long as they are very sensitive to industry needs and rapid changes.
