Volume was heavy and stock price went down today,
does this mean the upside momentum is gone and the bears have taken over? This stock has become interesting from a technical standpoint of view.

Donald Sew, are you still here and do you have any comments? Any comments would be appreciated.

Craig, I don't know the answer to that question, but I suspect that no further filings will be made based upon sales/vesting. The idea of the initial filing is to let investors know that there is a new shareholder/potential shareholder in the mix, with a very large holding. At times, that new shareholder can indicate that a change of control is brewing. That information now is public.

The vesting of shares will add no new information to the mix, other than to disclose sales to Sun, which is not the purpose of the rule concerning filing. In the event that the warrants are exercised in an amount greater than 5%, a further filing may be required, but only at that time.
