Dear J.B. We tried to check out Growth Capital some time ago. Didnt find anything. Someone called their number and came away with the impression its not a real office but one of those rent a space deals where receptionist answers everyones phone. More likely than not its just someone hoping to catch unawares some stockholder who doesnt follow the price of the stock. In any event, were I you, I would just ignore it. JDN

The tender extension is audacious to me

Who in the H*ll do they think they are offering $5.50 when the market price is over $7. It's a waste of paper and postage to mail that out. Doesn't seem a very ethical business practice. Certainly a waste of my time.
