i don't want to get any of our threadmates that might have to deal with him in any sort of an embarrassing position. but what i meant was it doesn't seem to be objective reporting if his mood is dependant on market direction.

Mohan (anyone?),

You seem like a heavy options trader. Do you know where to get quotes on equity and indexes that give the volatility numbers as part of the quote?? The CBOE doesn't seem to give them; not sure if they did in the past.

I can calculate volatility based on current option pricing, but is is a pain. I'd also like to find a site which lists all equities ranked by volatility.

Thanks

Mark
