Healthy corrections are calmly viewed by the bystanders/grandstanders/analysts who don't have any positions in these stocks.

<Units down 10%, pricing probably down ~15%. Fighting to keep share at strategic OEMs, so most of unit shortfall from the channel, where there are no margin opportunities. Aggressive pricing due to competitors (probably SEG) trying to regain share at OEMs, pushing prices down and resulting in overbuild flooding channel (WDC).

This is ridiculous. I want some blood spilled this time! Sheesh.>

Be careful what you wish. Anyway, it strikes me as obvious that Maxtor is also having problems with Dell buying more drives from IBM. But, is IBM coming in as the low cost supplyer???
