jocko, Dr Bean 2.0 at JavaOne is Important because this will be the review by peers. Software engineers cringe when you tell them you are going to take the in-house "alpha" code and package it into a demo. Some of the more vocal engineers (who have no appreciation for the craft of marketing) will tend to revolt at the idea of letting people see their baby before its time. The trick is to demonstrate the functionality without looking like vapor ware. It is essential for increased market share, to be the first to market. Everyone is trying to get there first with the sales structure for market penetration. Sideware is making all the right moves to do this! Kris
