(Nasdaq: SBSE - news) today announced the availability of Palomar II(TM), a PowerPC processor module targeted at the growing telecommunications market. Palomar II is a Processor PMC (PPMC) module that hosts a high performance PowerPC 750 processor. Coupled with real-time operating systems like VxWorks®, Palomar II brings the processing power and memory of a 6U card to the PMC form-factor.
