This part says it all:

To his credit, CEO Rittereiser
has not taken a salary in his
tenure at Ashton. 'I'll take
[salary] when we return
profits,' he says. He is the
company's largest shareholder
with over 2.2 million shares.
And he brings a wealth of
experience to the company,
having developed and introduced
electronic securities trading
systems while serving as
President of Instinet -- a
leading alternative trading
network.

...and not a single share filed to be sold...none for the other officers of the company either....;^)

I thought it was pretty balanced and fair except for my opinion the death spiral Ds and Es have been exhausted----fact,this is a dangerous speculative investment, and unless that is said up front, one is not being honest to the thread--but I am glad to see they do show respect for the management, but the challenges ahead for them are at best formidable--disclaimer--I have no position in ASTN--but did play the run up to 12.25 from 3+ as it was then a TA no brainer, but I have since via AGs presentation come to realize just how fiercely competitive this sector is,and the IF IF IF factors are too many,in my opinion-if one has money in which he or she doesn't care if they lose then that is another matter--it is at this point a pure dice roll, and craps is more then a 50-50 chance.Max

Thanks for the cut & paste

next time don't interrupt it with little comments,
save them for the end. people who want to cut &
paste it to others don't want to inherit your
one liners. just bad cyber form.

Damnit, I always hate when they
use Iomega as an example of anything.
I was there for Iomega's ups and downs,
and this ain't no Iomega.
