Also, be aware that this old COPPER company of a similar name is NOW geting into Namibian DIAMONDS field as for THEIR NEW stressing...a new stress- IT IS NOT THIS COMPANY but you all should be aware that news just came out: RE: Namibian Copper Mines, Inc. Namibian Copper Mines, Inc. (OTC BB ''NCMI'') in acquisition of diamond sales entitlements PHOENIX, AZ, June 15 /CNW-PRN/ - Namibian Copper Mines, Inc. (OTC BB ''NCMI'') advises that the company's stock is to be consolidated on a 1:8 basis (Reverse Split). Prior to the consolidation the company will complete a placement of 1,000,000 shares at 10 cents per share to be utilized for the purpose of making the company compliant with all the new reporting regulations. Further, the company has negotiated the acquisition of a significant interest in agreements giving the company the opportunity to enter the International wholesale and retail diamond markets. The agreements provide for Alroszoloto, a subsidiary of Almazy Rossi Sakha, to supply rough diamonds, which are to be cut and polished in Russia. The company intends to market these stones to both the wholesale and retail markets internationally. Almazy Rossi Sakha is responsible for all diamond mining in Russia and accounts for approximately 26% of World production. Consideration for the acquisition is to be 8,000,000 restricted post reconstruction shares. Post reconstruction issued shares outstanding will approximate 9,437,500 shares. The acquisition is subject to due diligence for 120 days during which time the company also intends to negotiate an interest in the agreements held by Mosquito Mining Limited incorporated in Cyprus. The company will keep the market advised as these issues progress. Anyway, might I sugesst that copper company change their name away from YOU folks who were FIRST!
