J Nelson. It's a question of perception. That's what we've all seen in the past 3 years. I hope I'm wrong on this cause I still have money in this since 1996 and greed took over me when suddenly I saw it at $.25. Personally, I should have sold and never looked back. It's a well known fact that many penny stock change their mission to become an internet stock (like NPEC did with Metroplus) to benefit from the popularity and valuation of the industry. You gotta give it to these guys. They knew what to do. Soon they'll make us forget about the mineral side of the business (they probably sell it to MDIN in exchange of common shares) and THEN there will be a name change from NPEC to Metroplus.com. I could be wrong. I could also be letting steam out too! IT's Just a speculative stock!!! That's all ! IT only move on NEWS or NO NEWS. Nothing else. Cause there are no facts. Facts to me are like audited financial statements. Not a signed contract with another penny stock. Even if it may be our only hope. But I don't worry. They will build us a new hope when this one has evaporated. And again. I hope I'm wrong. It would a shame to loose all that money.
