CIEN is volatile. It broke resistance to the upside and I think fair value is 32 to 35 near term. It may need to test 27 to 23 before resuming its upward movement. Their two acquisitions are the key to this opinion. Warning this is my opinion!!!!! It could change at anytime without notice. I'm just trying to share my thoughts as a trader. I think TLAB will have to make a play sooner or later and I think this is the one that makes the most sense from a technical point of view. TLAB will have to make a move in the next year or two or risk being left behind. My background is in engineering and I try to look for cutting edge tech and undervaluation plays. Time for bed.
