A Dying Whale thrashes its tail When it knows its life has started to fail. North Korea is a beached whale. Its people are starving and it probably blames other nations for that. Like many gov'ts, Canada included, it has its head up its heinie. It may be trying to provoke a fight with South Korea in order to get a war going and take the people's minds of their domestic troubles. Why it thinks it can win is beyond me.
