Lies and FUD again. The ISSCC article absolutely did not state that ONLY the PLL runs at 1.6 volt. The word ONLY was invented by PAUL ENGEL.

130.113.184.129, which is Table 5.4.1 describing the features of the K7's process, states that the voltage is 1.6. END OF STORY, FUDSTER
