All, this scares me. Sounds like bad news is coming out with the good. It also sounds like the "Biller Race" strategy of signing billers, which in turn was to drive consumer acceptance of bill delivery and concurrent growth in billpaying, wasn't the ticket. Announcing yet another strategy that is not certain to succeed (but which is certain to have substantial costs associated with it), rather than having executed on the prior strategy, may not be well received unless the reasons why this is the now the correct strategy are really articulated well. What we need are announcements about the success of a strategy, rather than announcements about new ones replacing failed ones! I hope I'm wrong!
