Ok, then let's have your view of George Bush sending our troops to Somalia during his last days of office, after losing the election to Clinton.

Don't you find it strange that President Bush would unilaterally send our forces into a nasty, quagmire between warlords when our national interests weren't at stake and we had no alliance, like NATO, in the area.

It was either an act of extreme ignorance or an act to set up a Democratic President for failure at the expense of America's military sons and daughters, IMHO.

I guess, in your infinite wisdom, you feel that Somalia was a good move for the US. <g>
