IMO, That's a blow to the people coming into Nortel from the Bay side. I hope is replacement is from the 'Bay Networks' side of the house. Otherwise, after working for one of Nortel's acquisitions for 6 1/2 years, I really learned the hard way.... that Northern Telecom Management side of the house does not understand Data traffic. I hate to see David go. That will probably make Nortel less of a competitor to LU and CSCO. Jack
