I cannot see QWST offering stock options. You might be thinking about warrants attached to the deal. A better way to increase the value of the offer would be either to have a collar with a fixed price in QWST shares) to USW/FRO shareholders or a cash component to USW as well as the existing one to FRO. Might have to lean on their buddy, BLS, for that part, perhaps in the form of large bond infusion, since ownership of more than 10% is not currently permitted. larry
