Thanks, Jack! I'm naturally opposed to anyone, hypester or "basher", telling lies or making unsubstantiated accusations; anyone who's followed the AZNT thread will remember Spider Valdez/Gary Dobry's insistence on calling everyone who didn't support the company a "criminal", and this is contemptible. But I'd also hate to see discussion forum participants frightened into silence by the threat of legal action for merely pointing out existing and verifiable problems. Everyone would lose interest, and lose potentially valuable information, should increasing numbers of SLAPP suits turn SI into a haven for touts and cheerleaders.
