The Broadcast Web Network Acquired By International Internet

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1999--International Internet IINN announced today that it has acquired a majority interest in The Broadcast Web Network, Inc. (a Maine Corporation). The Broadcast Web Network owns and operates two web sites, TheBroadcastWeb.com, located at thebroadcastweb.com and BluesBoyMusic.com located at bluesboymusic.com. Under construction are two additional sites JazzManMusic.com located at jazzmanmusic.com and SoulManMusic.com located at soulmanmusic.com. These additional sites are to be fully operational and online by December 1999. The Broadcast Web Network was acquired for an undisclosed amount of cash and restricted stock.

The broadcastweb.com is in direct competition with other leading online music sites such as AudioHighway.com AHWY and Broadcast.com BCST , Imagineradio.comVIA and Navarre's Net Radio NAVR .The Broadcast Web Network links to several sites offering a wide variety of programming. On-demand audio is available 24 hours a day. New programming is added every Friday at 9PM Eastern time. A 24 Hour/7 day a week live format is under development. Currently the site uses Real Networks Real Player G2 to deliver audio.
