Excellent question and I will be adding that to the list when I talk with the ATTORNEY; I went downtown - Trinity, etc. is the whole building all but 13 floors; I spoke with a Mr. Clive Bode as he was the only one the receiptionist could find.

He only knew that CMLK is the corporation that was CML and was rather agitated that I was even there, because he knew nothing else.

I have to go through the entire SEC filing this evening and gather all the names and phone numbers and will be calling the attorney that handles this matter - there are over 60 of them housed in that building.

Otherwise it was fruitless - other than confirmation that CML is bankrupt and after the liquidation it became CMLK - owned by Trinity et al.

Bode did indicate that there was nothing, and I asked why would the Bass Brothers own so much of nothing? What is the plan? That was it -didn't know and didn't have the time to help me look for it; busy guy. :) have to get to the right attorney so will post tomorrow or by the end of the week.

Don't know what the accumulation was yesterday, 3200 today; no one selling so that is good (I mean the big guys are holding).

I am going to do some reading on trying to figure out why a company would file with the SEC and make the filing fee if there was not a plan vs a plan

2) considering who is holding the majority of the "shell" - what has their past record been like with shells - I'll try a name search of parties listed in Rules 13-d-g, (all delaware corps.) to see their holdings in totality and present dsome kind of comparison if any exists.

When I get hold of the right attorney, I'll hit him or her up for information and see what we can get. I can always call the Hapgood fellow and he said he'd help me too.

I know where the principal business office (registered agent) is, now I will also find where the CMLK is physically located.

That's it. CUL8TR, Jacalyn
