Saw over on RagingBull that a prediction of $1+ has been made short term on PCAP. I thought .30-.35 sounded GOOD, but ...

Who knows with a small float of 2.1M. PCAP went from .01 to ,06 in the last 2 hours of trading with only 366K trades.

Today ought to be interesting.
