24601, I missed the A... Is this three strikes your out or third time's a charm? Either way I'm thinking that BANY is going much lower... How about some help Cameron? Scott? Bill? steve

24601, Third amended filing..... The only clear difference I can see is the use of the $600,000 from warrant calls...... On the SB2A filed in May....it says that the proceeds are to be used to pay off debt, and be used to fund general corporate activities. In the new one today.....It breaks it down as to how much of the money will go to paying off debt.....and used for corporate activities. We will need to take a close look to see what other changes have been made.......Looks like trivial stuff. Maybe this will be the last one.....Jeesh. bg
