I wonder if maybe we should look for the smaller, unknown broker. I've had Watley for a while. At the beginning I would rate their staff and service near excellent. It has only been the past few months that things have been consistently down hill. Major growing pains. Unfortunately, in this industry, when you are dealing with peoples' money it is unacceptable to be less than excellent.
