Do you know anything about HITT, the company? In May, David Evans of Bloomberg revealed that Dorian Reed, HITT founder and majority (60%) shareholder, last year defaulted in a civil suit brought against him by the FTC. He, his wife, and a business associate were fined $631,000. Subsequently, the company itself announced in its 10K that in 1992 Reed had spent 10 months in federal prison camp on a fraud conviction. There's more, but that was enough to send stock price plummeting.

Of COURSE it's all the fault of SI and RB posters. Note that Bloomberg, which published three extremely negative stories on the company, apparently isn't being sued.

Steve: I know that one of your pet themes of late is your feeling that posters ought to reveal their true names and addresses (making it easier for whistle blowers to be intimidated by crooks, I would argue; yes, I know, "making posters more responsible" is the opposite argument.)

My question is, should that policy apply just to SI, or should it also apply to RB, where you now post under the CoPower name? Someone asked you publicly whether that was you, and perhaps I missed it, but I don't believe you responded.

Just wondering.
