Mark, The ineffectiveness of using Copyright over Patent is and probably will always be a subject of debate. Net Command Tech/SAS and their attorneys just feel more comfortable going the Copyright route, at least for now. And yes, I even spoke with one of their attorneys yesterday who re-confirmed that to me. I can assure you that all at the Company are fully aware of the possibilities of others replicating what NCT is doing. Does this concern me as a shareholder? Absolutely. But I do have a tremendous amount of respect for the technical management of the company, headed by Joe Morgan, and the marketing management, headed by Gene Carter, and their ability to "hit the ground running", plus they have some very solid "angels" behind them to supply the necessary capital. When I first posted on this board more then a month ago, I was honest in saying that I had not been in touch with management in several months since my job was completed in assisting in the Baraka assets acquisition. All I knew about the SAS deal was what I had read. About three weeks ago, I was asked by a major shareholder here in Houston, to join him in a visit to check out the SAS technology in St. Pete. Believe me, I was as skeptical as you prior to seeing the various demos in action. I am not all that technical, but I do know what I saw. And that was unbelievable speeds in downloading and view major motion picture video files, to include the 3hr plus movie Congo, in just a matter of minutes and watching them stream, movie house quality, full screen on a 8' x 6' monitor, full motion, full Dolby surround sound. Also watching the same demos, was the COO of Bell South's, Latin America subsidiary. He was as amazed as we were. But what really convinced me that these people know what they are doing is their marketing plan to convert the technology to dollars, via their V-Band Network. Before I violate the non-disclosure document they made me sign when down there, I had better quit here. I am sure that we will be seeing a lot more press on what they are developing over the next month or so. That is the reason that they were able to get Torrenzanno to represent the Company in its PR. They to have also seen the technology in action
