They own most of the Dairy Queens in Georgia too. Appear to do well with them too. But for some reason it's just not the same when they ask you if you want a "Deeee-lee" Bar with that. Takes the fun out of it.

You are right about the insurance thing tho.

The FAmily Name PATEL is an common name (from INDIA)..pre-assigned as a legal family name, upon entry and sponsered employment in the North American (USA) countries for the Hospitality Industry,in one form or another/////but most often in motels, minute markets and food services.......Got a lot of tem in my area and learned by curiosity!!!!
