The only biotech that I can think of that is actually in clinical trials for obesity is REGN, which may be big enough to cause MLNM some indigestion. (I'm discounting AMGN's foray into Leptin). The whole world's doing inflammation, so that doesn't narrow things down much.

Why a guffaw? 80-85% gross margins -- in a market that is a bit slow-developing because you have to penetrate surgeons' habits -- not sexy enough?
