All/West Coast - I'm sure glad there was a moratorium on the west coast. I'd hate to see what would have happened to the Queen Charlotte Islands if development proceeded 20 years ago. Development might actually be feasible today will limited disturbance.

For those of you not familiar with the Charlottes, they are considered Canada's Galapogos Islands. The islands hold one of the richest ecosystems in the northern hemisphere. Development there will be under intense scrutiny by environmentalists, nationally and internationally. The local indians, the Haida, are also politically astute and powerful.
Development won't start without a fight, if ever.
