Art: Picking up from yesterday's discussion - a lot of green on my board, techs doing well, Naz up, etc. - ACTV down breaking 50 DMA in the midst of the cable show and a good PR relase today - do you sense anything that is not kosher here? Just asking.

MTV's Internet music in USAToday
-Freston forged a key alliance last month with Liberty Media
Chairman John Malone, possibly the top power broker in cable
and the Internet. Liberty will take 10% of MTV's Internet music
operation in exchange for a music news site Malone controls -
SonicNet - and a rival cable music channel, The Box. They will
create a music channel for interactive TV, a business that could
rival the Internet in public appeal.

-Analysts value Liberty's stake in MTV's Internet effort at $400
million, meaning the total operation could be worth $4 billion. "It's
a pretty hefty number considering we just got started," Redstone
says.
