I e-mailed Resident Agent: STATE AGENT & TRANSFER SYNDICATE (Resigned) Address: 318 NORTH CARSON STREET SUITE 214 CARSON CITY NV 89701 And asked about PKDV... Here's their reply.... Dave, I asked Jed, my boss, and he said they have not been able to locate anyone or find a forwarding address. We were the Resident Agent at one time, but are not the Resident Agent any longer so have no contact with them at this time. I'm sorry I can't help you. Hmmmmmmmmmmm...interesting Dave
