I have been involved in "deals" before, and can say that it is a very long process. I am not sure that any imminent news is coming out due to the fact that GLE and Delphi will want virtually all bases covered. Believe me, lawyers and accountants are no fun to deal with. <g> I'd much rather that GLE take their time in negotiating something that will add significant value to its shareholders then to rush in an agreement to make the market happy. The fact that Delphi has approached GLE, to begin with, is a testament to their product. If nothing materializes, so be it. There are other suitors out there... The shakeout will make for good bottom pickings! JMHO PlayTheKing
