hi DMA - I am not too keen on the Koreas. However, I suspect that even China is concerned about N Korea. I mean, there is no telling what could happen by having a psycho as the leader. Bet even the PRC regret giving N Korea nuclear capabilities. Still, tenuous that it may be, Beijing probably retains some influence and it certainly tries to maintain that by the recent humanitarian aid [rice, not plotinum!] In conclusion, my guess is that China may only give lip service in support of N Korea in case the latter gone off the deep end
