(COMTEX) B: American Millennium Retains Wall Street West for Investor
B: American Millennium Retains Wall Street West for Investor Awareness Campaign

MOUNT DORA, Fla., Jun 15, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
AmericanMillennium Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB:AMCI) announced today that
it has retained the services of Wall Street West Communications, LLC
for a corporate awareness program. Wall Street West is a Denver based
stock research firm, holding company, and corporate news information
distributor. Wall Street West is followed by more than 15,000 micro-cap
investors, according to thecompany.

AMCI is a telecommunications company that is a global provider of
hardware and software solutions to the world of digital wireless and
wireline communications. AMCI is currently focusing the majority of its
efforts on its data communication systems for the oil/gas industry.
AMCI offers a satellite communication system that allows oil/gas
companies to monitor and control their equipment from anywhere in the
world via the Internet.

AMCI is a value-added reseller for ORBCOMM USA. L.P., a partnership
between Orbital Sciences Corporation (NYSE:ORB-News) and Teleglobe,
Inc. (NYSE:TSE-News). Further, AMCI has established partnerships and
affiliations with such companies as American Mobile Satellite
(NASDAQ:SKYC-News). Under the reseller agreement with ORBCOMM, AMCI may
also provide its services to railcars and intermodal containers.
ORBCOMM is the world's first commercial global wireless data and
messaging system. The ORBCOMM system uses a constellation of 28
low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites to provide cost-effective tracking,
monitoring, and messaging capabilities to and from anywhere in the
world.

Similar to two-way paging or e-mail, the system is capable of sending
and receiving two-way alphanumeric packets of data. These short,
economical messages increase the efficiency of remote operations by
making critical information readily available, often from areas beyond
the geographic and economic reach of traditional systems. While the
competition relies on cellular and RFtechnology for data transmission,
AMCI believes it will excel through its superior satellite based
technology.

Currently, AMCI has over 60 systems deployed in field operations.
Companies currently utilizing the system include Cross Timbers Oil Co.
(NYSE:XTO-News), Hanover Compressors (NYSE:HC-News), Walsh Engineering,
Inc., Cabot Oil and Gas Corp. (NYSE:COG-News), and Compressor Systems,
Inc. AMCI subscriber communicators are installed on Chevron
(NYSE:CHV-News) wells operated by Hanover. AMCI believes that the
positive findings by these companies will create additional orders for
use of its service. Further, AMCI's relationships and reseller
agreements with other telecommunications companies will allow it to
offer a diversified mix of services in the industry.

Wall Street West will provide coverage of AMCI and produce and
distribute an online research report. AMCI information will be
presented at the Wall Street West website and in a weekly e-mail
publication. Other past and present Wall Street West clients include
