SF

i too was watching HLTH...i'm not playing in options right here..

i like shorting shares better...placing buy stops at my entry, and then moving them down to lock in profits..

it's actually stress free..

DISH... nice. feeling very aggressive as well. I have been doing well by 'focusing' on a very limited amount of stocks in the last few weeks (i.e. in and out of ADRX, GMST, DISH, RIMM, WGAT, TERN, CMVT,CREE TXCC, ADBE, INTU, BBY, SLR, JBL and mostly that's really it).. a small 2 day holds in NSOL, and CMGI (long and then puts in CMGI) If you learn the trading patterns of just 2 dozen stocks you can do really well. ADLAC was 'time to get in' today. This is the second 'strong buy' signal I've gotten in about 2 weeks and the last time the stock was also up about 9.
