OT Oh my gosh, what a sad horrid story. This doc also said to me (from a script, ordered by the federal government)"I am duty bound to inform you that after 40 you should be having a flu shot every year and if you ever get bronchitis a pneumonia shot". I said "I'll pass" He smiled and said "yes you would but I have to tell you" Federal regulations. I hate them When I went to the dentist last year for a cleaning only ("I dont want x rays this time") I had to sign a release because they are now required to give x rays every new time you go. I have changed dentists and this one is more Libertarian and doesnt worry about that stuff. But still....I feel for these health practitioners, their opinions no longer matter only the regulations matter. My employer has to pay big bucks for medical coverage for me. But I go to acu, massage therapists and chiros who are not "covered" by my insurance so I have to pay them anyway. And I rarely use the coverage my employer pays for. Do you wonder why I'm a Libertarian? Freeus
