Marty how can marketing departement compete with GSTRF? Their phones are 3 times the price, and the cost per minute is 4 times the price. I am neither long nor short IRID, I am long GSTRF and QCOM. I think you are in denial, IRID was doomed from the onset. However its your money and I have been wrong as many times as I have been right. If you go back to early debate on GSTRF thread 8 months ago you will see the writting on the wall then. GSTRF will sell handsets for $700, they will be 30% smaller and use CDMA the new world standard for 3G. They will be able to crossover between CDMA and satelite CDMA seamlesly and cost around 1-2 $ per minute. IRID phones are $3000 they are way to big, and use TDMA(soon to be extinct) and costs 4-5 per minute. How will irid market a loosing product? After they are bought out of bankruptcy and the debt load eliminated will be another case. At that point IRID will be a buy.
