Possibly, but I actually like Robert's theory that this announcement could be in reference to a different MSO's deployment - perhaps Marcus as was intimated in a recent conference call.

(Ken, what makes you think these guys will "let" Time-Warner announce first? Why would they do that; is that the nature of their clique?)

Actually, both could be correct - this could be for some other operator and still TWX could come out soon with the first named-MSO deployment. My guess is that in any event, CCUR can't give too much in the way of detail here because of the stated policy that MSOs must make their own announcements concerning their specific VOD deployments. And even if that means two press releases are issued (from different companies) for the same rollout, no harm in that!

Nothing wrong with that since the company in hawaii is owned by TimeWarner. They recently did a region swap with TCI and now own the whole state(all the islands).

Looks like the news had already been priced in the stock.

I wonder what kind of short term effect tomorrows CPI will have on CCUR. Or even the Fed's empending move at the end of the month. Long term it won't make a difference.
