Let's keep up our "discussion," we're UP 10% since we started. Obviously, our enthusiasm is contagious.

Hi WB and Howard!

I think that there is new to be mentioned regarding DGIV. This might not pertain to factual news releases, contracts etc but seemingly to attitudes and perspectives on the part of the Co.

A year ago the PR was in the hands of Liberty Capital and then World Vision, two companies that were paid with shares. Most investors disagreed with this payment methodology as they were viewed as typical BB-OTC.

We now seem to have experienced two new moves in the PR world. The first one where DGIV paid $9500 and the second one which was mentioned at $25,000.

We have a variety of positive things here:
a.- payment in $, like "real" Co.s' do....
b.- a public statement on the part of Mr. Chin regarding contracts
c.- Seemingly, a crescendo in the amounts paid for PR.
d.- Also I get a gut feeling that the management of the Co. wishes to manage the timeliness of things to what it thinks are the best interests of the Co.

Additionaly:
*We also see the share price somehow stabilized in the $1.3-$1.4 range without evident selling pressure...we have seen worse...
*We see a seemingly tight lipped management, surrounded by careful lawyers...to the point bashers complain that they don't have stuff to do their thing....

Comments:
*I don't see the Co. "using" its investors to generate "gratis" enthusiasm for it, which is IMHO, "A GOOD THING"...
* I see other VOiP Co's with major problems, for example: DCTC has not been quoted in the OTC-BB market since early May
* FCM's main client, USAT, was delisted to the pink sheets...

All in all, it looks to me as if the worst is behind us.

For sure the wait has been notably long and gets on peoples nerves, especially Howard's...but also mine, and just about everyone else who has been long, has waited and has a "high" average
